Il complesso residenziale Pirin Golf & Country Club comprende 2 campi da golf, un campo pratica, una scuola di golf, 7 piscine, 6 ristoranti, 2 supermercati, un piano bar, una palestra, uno squash, un biliardo, un tavolo da ping-pong, 7 aree esterne per bambini, un panificio, un negozio di articoli sportivi, una scuola di sci, un deposito sci e un negozio di abbigliamento. Durante la stagione invernale è disponibile un servizio navetta gratuito da e per la cabinovia di Bansko. Tutti gli appartamenti sono diversi per colore dei mobili, vista e design e offrono vista sul campo da golf e sul monte Pirin, WiFi e TV via cavo.
