Cozy large studio by the sea with three beds. Transport stop, supermarket, cafes and restaurants - all within walking distance. Only 15 minutes by foot to the sea. Closed-type complex with recreation area and pool. The possibility with pets is discussed. Ideal for short-term and long-term rent.
