Our eco-friendly wooden Dome blends seamlessly with the Mediterranean pine forest around it. Spanning 150 square meters over two floors, it offers modern comforts with rustic charm, including a fully equipped kitchen, an 8-person dining table, a fireplace, and hammocks between the pines. Enjoy a truly special retreat in this serene forest haven! The first floor features a spacious 50-square-meter living room with a fully equipped kitchen and stunning 180-degree views of the forest through wall-sized panoramic windows, flooding the interior with natural light. The living room includes a unique self-made 8-person elliptical dining table and a fireplace. We have comfortably hosted up to 17 people for social functions, birthdays, and gatherings by joining two tables together. The cozy sitting corner is perfect for watching TV or enjoying the calming forest view through the panoramic windows. This floor also includes a spacious bedroom with a king-sized double bed, a wardrobe, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

We are located 15 minutes by car from the center of beautiful Varna - the Bulgarian seaside capital. Varna is a vibrant coastal city known for its stunning sandy beaches, lively promenades, sparkling nightlife and enchanting blend of modernity and history. Stroll along the Sea Garden, a lush, expansive park with breathtaking views of the Black Sea, or explore the bustling harbor where the scent of fresh sea air mingles with the aroma of local cuisine. Access to the Dome is a 1-minute drive from the main road, with the last 150 meters being a bit bumpier, but manageable for any car. The main road to Varna is just a 1-minute drive away, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk. Bus line 31 runs until 11 PM every 15 minutes, taking you to Varna’s center (Sea Garden, Beach, harbor) in 20-25 minutes. You can comfortably stay here without a car. Do note that some neighboring houses have chained dogs that might bark, but there are no stray dogs - only occasional cats, hedgehogs, turtles, and owls. The owl’s call is particularly calming at night. The nearest supermarket, bank, ATMs, post office, and fresh food market are in Vinitsa, a 4-minute drive or 1 bus stop away.
