Property information

Romantic attic studio in the center of Varna. The studio is suitable for one or two people - it has a double bed, a wardrobe, a small kitchenette equipped with a ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle for hot water and, of course, the necessary utensils for preparing and serving food. Small dining area. Bathroom with modern shower and toilet. The studio opens onto a wonderful terrace overlooking a quiet city street. A great place for both vacations and business trips.

Neighbourhood information

The studio is located on the top floor of a building in the old part of Varna. The central pedestrian zone, where most of the sights such as the Varna Opera House, Drama Theater, the Cathedral, as well as many restaurants and shops are located, is only 250 meters from the studio. Paid parking right in front of the apartment will help you if you have a private car /the blue zone of the city of Varna is also available/. The southern beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and the Sea Garden and beach bars and discos are only a 15-minute pleasant walk away. Varna Marina, known for its trendy restaurants and cafes, is also in the neighborhood, within walking distance of Varna Attic Studio.
