The Green Hill is a modern apartment located in the MaxHaus condominium, in Itajaí, just 900 meters from Praia Brava and 2 km from Balneário Camboriú. With an open-plan design, large windows and a green view, this space combines comfort, leisure and convenience for couples, families or business travelers. The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps), perfect for home office, Samsung multi-split air conditioning, a living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and utensils. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with high-quality linens, and the bathroom has a modern shower and contemporary design.
As a fashion designer living in London, I’ve had the chance to travel and stay in many places around the world. I know how important it is to feel at home when you’re away, so I designed The Green Hill with that in mind: cozy, functional and with little details that make your stay special.
Praia Brava lies between Itajaí and Balneário Camboriú, featuring clean waters, Atlantic Forest and green mountains. Perfect for swimming, surfing and water sports. The area combines great restaurants, stylish beach clubs, vibrant nightlife in Balneário Camboriú and peaceful Itajaí. A complete destination with nature, leisure and modern infrastructure.
