There are 2 identical apartments (no connection or junction but available for booking separately or together as a Duplex Apartment): ✅ one apt on the 12th floor and the other on the 13th (no connection or direct access from inside one apt to the other). ✅ both apartments without AC. ✅ each apt has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single) and 1 bathroom. ✅ the double bedroom in each apt has a double bed with ample closet space. ✅ the single bedroom in each apt also serves as an office and has 1 single bed, desk, armchair and closet. ✅ in the living room of each apt has 1 sofa that is retractable and also serves as a bed with 1.6mx1.6m. ✅ the Wi-Fi in the 2 apartments is through fiber at 300mb speed. ✅ paid parking outside of the building. ✅ each apt will have all bed linen, towels, washer and dryer and kitchen utensils. ✅ It is possible to book the 2 apartments together as a Duplex Apartment (if available). ✅ Please read the House Rules before requesting a reservation. Both apartments are located in the same building: Today Brigadeiro in Bela Vista, very close to the historic center of São Paulo, well known to have people experiencing homelessness. We kindly ask you to be careful when walking around, especially unaccompanied at night.
