The property was projected by ALINHA Architecture, designed for all elements to be in harmony. It is very well equipped with various electronics and everything you might need on a trip you don't pick from home, is also almost sound proof in the apartment. In our accomodation you will surely feel as if you were in your own holiday home, with all the convenience and comfort you deserve. We always think of pleasing all kind of people as well as ourselves, as we strive to have a high standard with a certain amount of personality so that you feel yourself in a unique and cozy environment.

Neighbourhood information

In the building you will have the feeling of being in a luxury hotel with 24hr security and lobby, an amazing pool area with a beautiful view of the river facing the sea and a bar that can be booked by guests upon request in the lobby. there is a sauna at the hotel as well as massage facilities. Around the hotel you will find a quiet location with little traffic and a very residential neighborhood, nearby there are beaches for all tastes, safe for swimming and sound activities such as kite surfing, jet skiing, tourism and much more.
