The apartment is a kitchenette second floor, super quiet and peaceful. It is opposite the Parque Marinha do Brazil and a few steps from Lake Guaiba where you enjoyed a beautiful sunset. A place for walking, biking or contemplation. Less than 500 meters from the Beira Rio Stadium is ideal for those who do attend games, shows, tournaments, and also in other events, such as runs, The apt is on the same block as the famous Mãe de Deus Hospital. The apt distance of 200metres has point to rent a bike.

For many years I traveled around the world always looking for a local places to stay or small family hotels where you could have a more intimate contact with the people and the city in general. Thus I decided to rent this apt for travelers or for people who need to stay a few days in the city, either for tourism or business. Be very welcome!

It is located near the historic center, with public transport to anywhere in the city, has direct bus from the airport and the bus station, shopping, many restaurants, bars, pharmacies. Parks, bike paths to enjoy a beautiful tour through the neighborhood and the city. The apt distance of 200metres has freebike spot.
