The View couldn't have a more appropriate name. It offers an exceptional view, without nearby buildings, which is rare in the region and provides a lot of privacy. In addition to the view from the 17th floor, where one can contemplate much of the city and the valley, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with a gourmet balcony, two living rooms, an office, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and two bathrooms. In the common area, there is a lap pool, children's pools, sun loungers, umbrellas, a gym, a game room, relaxation lounges, and two parking spaces.
I lived in the apartment for many years, but today I am in a community farm in Guaratinguetá called EcoviLab. The apartment still serves as my support home for when I need to go to São José dos Campos for work or to visit friends.
The apartment is very well located on the main avenue of the neighborhood with access to a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, squares, and several supermarkets. Many things can be done on foot.
