We made the house a ventilated, clear and pleasant environment, due to the glass doors and windows, with curtains to ensure your privacy. The house faces the sunrise. On the upper floor are 2 suites, 2 balconies and the office. At the bottom, 1 bedroom, living room, bathroom, balcony, dining room and very spacious kitchen, laundry area and backyard. The descent of the stairs, the upper front balcony and the office window are protected with security screens, because of the children. Cleaning products and other storage is also out of reach in the service area - and the flat screen TV is affixed to the wall to prevent tipping over. There are hooks on the upper front balcony for placing up to 2 hammocks in the most ventilated place in the house. In the kitchen, you will find water filters, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, frying pans and various utensils, in case you prefer to prepare your meals. In the common area of ​​the condominium (down the slope, on the same street) there are options for swimming pools (adult and children), multisport court, party room and playground, which may be used during the stay, depending on availability.

Leaving the condo, on the right, there are fruit stands, grocery stores, liquor stores, beauty salon, barber shop, bars, butcher, veterinary clinic, cakes and restaurants. Already close to the main road, there is a gas station with bakery and snack bar. On the main road, there is a large wholesale market and a market near the bus stop. At night there is a movement of food trucks over there. Everything very close. On the left, there are options for smaller, local grocery stores.
