Encanto das Flores comprises four elegant apartments in the centre of Pipa in an amazing location just a few minutes away from the central beach and the central square, bars and restaurants. The newly built apartments, set among trees, plants and flowers, are fully equipped and decorated in a charming colonial style. All the apartments have access to our magical roof terrace with spa, barbecue and panoramic views of the ocean.
Matt is English from London and Milla is Brazilian from Natal. Matt loves travelling, and in 2004 spent a year travelling around South America. He passed through Pipa on that trip and knew he would return. Matt has been coming back to Pipa regularly ever since that trip. In 2008 Matt bought the original house (which had been the first pousada in Pipa). In 2012 Matt met Milla while walking on the central beach. Matt and Milla fell in love and married in Pipa on 21 February 2015. In 2019 Matt and Milla carried out renovations and converted the house into apartments. It was important to keep the same charming colonial style but modernise at the same time. Encanto das Flores is a special place, and part of their story, too.
Located in between the main street (where all the restaurants/bars/shops are located) and main beach (Praia do Centro), everything is just one step away for you as a guest.
