The 540 m² house in the Oasis de Graçandu condominium can accommodate up to fourteen (14) guests and has an excellent structure with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and many other amenities to add to your stay. Enjoy Graçandu Beach in a practical, comfortable house with plenty of space for you. The Oasis de Graçandu Condominium offers an excellent structure and leisure area with an adult and children's swimming pool, barbecue area, 24-hour concierge, gym, children's playground, solarium and ample leisure space for you to enjoy your best time at the beach. All this with easy access to the main roads and in a good location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants. Employee available at the property in the morning, 3 hours a day from 8 a.m.: Cleaning and tidying the house.

Graçandu also offers excursions such as dune buggies and visits to the nearby lagoons, such as Lagoa de Pitangui, which is a popular tourist spot. The nearby fishing village gives the place a special charm, offering visitors the chance to get to know a little about local life and enjoy cozy restaurants serving the rich regional cuisine.
