Minimalist house with just what you need to make the most of the space without any worries. Equipped with Smart-TV, cabinets with free access, barbecue, coffee maker, blender, all bathroom utensils, bedroom, kitchen... Containing an internal area of ​​90m², there are two bedrooms, one suite, bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, gourmet area and 3 car garage. Perfect house for stays for both couples and groups of families and friends. Come see this place!! \0/
The house is in the Vila Dom Pedro neighborhood, one of the quietest and most privileged in the city. Advantage is gained by the back of the house being the port imperial condominium, surrounded by woods and wild animals that sometimes by chance, will surprise visits by birds and marmosets. With a 5 minute drive you can reach the historic center and 10 minutes to the beaches of Pontal and Jabaquara. Within 600m are markets, bakeries and pharmacies.
