We offer an air-conditioned house with air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Fiber optic Internet, and a space for work. We have a ground floor room reserved to store the surf kit equipment and a spacious garden to enjoy the wind and exercise. Our house is located a few steps from the beach and Pico do kit surf and very close to the bakery, merchant and restaurant. We have a very well equipped kitchen to offer greater convenience to our guests
The Solmar house was built with all care and affection because it would be the house where I would live with my family, for personal reasons it was not possible to live in it, so I decided to rent it for season, now all our whim and care are for our guests to feel at home, it has been wonderful. We love taking care of every little piece of the house.
We are 1 minute from the beach. Here nearby we have several options of shops and restaurants... Our neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible
