The house is part of the famous TERRAVISTA condominium in Trancoso located on a cliff overlooking the sea. It is a very prestigious condominium, of an exclusive level, closed with concierge and 24 hour security. A gym with all the basic equipment is available free of charge, less than 50 meters away, while about 100 meters away you can enjoy a swimming pool which has a part with a 25 meter lane for swimming and a part with shallow water suitable for children. The guests of the complex can use, always free of charge, a fully equipped private beach and a restaurant. In addition to the above, in the complex you will find one of the best golf courses in South America, various tennis and beach/foot volleyball courts, a Theater (check the programming) and an Airport for private jets. All immersed in breathtaking vegetation! My house is not as luxurious as the others,and therefore has a more affordable price, but it has everything you need to enjoy an exclusive holiday in an unforgettable place!
