O Rancho está localizado em um pequeno condomínio fechado a apenas poucos passos do rio. Os vizinhos são muito amistosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar ou simplesmente bater um papo. Vocês podem passear nas estradas dentro do condomínio e também a beira d’água ao longo do rio mas não suba nos estaleiros dos outros ranchos pois é propriedade privada a não ser que sejam convidados. No condomínio há um casal que faz peixe frito e vende cerveja mas precisa agendar com antecedência. Juritis fica bem próximo e oferece muitas opções de refeições prontas e lanches também.
