1. One dog or cat weighing up to 15kg per apartment is permitted;

2. An additional fixed fee of R$70.00 per day will be charged.

3. The animal must be treated against fleas, ticks and other parasites and the updated vaccination card must be presented at check-in.

4. The animal owner must bring their own utensils and containers;

5. The guest will be responsible for ensuring that the animal remains silent, in order to avoid disturbing other guests.

6. It is the owner's responsibility to clean solid and liquid waste from their animals;

7. Animals must circulate in common and external areas of the hotel in a secure manner. In social areas, you must remain on your lap;

8. Animals are not allowed to circulate in leisure areas, kitchens, restaurants and event spaces;

9. Cleaning of the apartment will only be done with the presence of the animal's owner. If the animal presents social instability, it must remain housed in a box or transport bag or outside.

10. The use of any hotel linen for the animal is prohibited;

11. Any and all damage that may occur to the fabrics, furniture and structure of the apartment must be fully compensated.
