Central location at the Lagoa da Conceição, Florianópolis. 5 minutes walk from the warehouse of the Lagoon, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bus stop, taxi rank, lake terminal and the Lagoa's square. Free public parking in front of the house. Studio is equipped with a double box bed and a single box bed, split air conditioning (cool only), equipped kitchen, private bathroom with hot shower, wifi, smartTV (netflix, internet,...), bed linen and shower towels. We will welcome you upon your arrival in our house. At check in we provide a set of bath towels and bed linen (including pillows) as well as a set of keys containing the key to the Studio and to the entrance gate, and wifi password. For long stays we will change towels every 3 days, bed linen every week. Swimming pool (4x7x1,5 meters) is available all year round. Studio is inside a property that abrigates another guests accomodations. Swimming pool and garden areas are shared with all guests. House rules: No smoking - Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or in common areas such as the garden, garage and hallways. Use the sidewalk area outside the property if you need to smoke. Exclusive for guests - The suite and common areas must be occupied exclusively by guests, that is, it is not allowed to bring other people to the property. Parties or events are not allowed - Loud music is not allowed after 10 pm in all accommodation facilities and in common areas. Does not allow pets It is allowed to leave luggage for the guest's convenience when arriving early or leaving late. My name is Kilian Johnny Hochsteiner and I am your host at the Lagoa da Conceição Studio and owner of the inn. I am a native of Florianópolis, a massage therapist and teacher of Tai Chi Chuan and Kungfu and I also offer my classes and therapies for guests who wish to complement their visit to Floripa with practices for health and well-being. We can provide Portuguese Conversation Meetings in order to increase your portuguese language skills. My wife and I have been living in Lagoa da Conceição for over 25 years.
