Flat SP Suítes offers a complete leisure area and 24-hour reception, in a neighborhood with access to the city's main roads. Notes: 1) After formalizing the reservation, a seasonal rental agreement will be signed and all guests must send a valid photo ID (ID, driver's license, RNE or passport) and a current selfie to register at the reception and grant access. 2) The condominium has two types of laundry: self-service and by weight (prices separately, instructions directly on site). 3) ATTENTION: It is necessary to send the registration data of all guests 24 hours in advance. 4) We provide 1 covered and unmarked parking space inside the building. 5) We provide bed linen, bath towels and blanket (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately). The condominium offers a free basic cleaning service of approximately 30 minutes per day in the apartment (except on Sundays, when the service is not offered). On Saturdays, the service is shorter. It includes general dusting, sweeping the floor, washing dishes and taking out the trash. It does not include changing the linens or cleaning the bathroom. If you would like additional cleaning services during your stay, please let our team know in advance (charges apply).

We are located in the Bela Vista neighborhood with easy access to the main roads such as: Brigadeiro Luís Antônio Avenue, 23 de Maio Avenue, 9 de Julho Avenue, Paulista Avenue, Consolação Avenue, North-South Corridor, in addition to having several restaurants, theaters, cultural and leisure attractions nearby.
