The credit card holder must be present at check-in with the card used for the reservation. Third-party credit cards are not accepted under any circumstances.

In accordance with Brazilian Federal Law No. 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay in hotels without the presence of their parents or legal guardians.

If a minor is accompanied by an adult who is not one of the parents, a written authorisation must be presented for the minor to stay at the hotel. This authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, together with notarised copies of their identification documents.

All minors under 18 years of age must also present a valid photo ID to verify their identity and that of their parents. This requirement applies even if the minor is accompanied by his or her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one parent, a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent must be presented, together with a notarised copy of that parent’s identification document.
