I inherited this property from my mother in 2012; since then I have used it very often because I love its location and comfort. I enjoy surfing in Geriba beach, using the pool and having diner in Buzios' downtown. I spent a good part of my adolescence in Buzios, so I have a very special affection for the city.
This condo is very safe, comfortable and well located, just few meters from the right side of Geriba's beach (one of the best beaches of Buzios). Also, it is very close to supermarket (Extra), mini-markets and restaurants. There are two pools (being one for little kids) + Free private parking (1 vehicle) + Free Wifi (just ask for the password at the reception) + Free daily room service. It can suit up to 6 guests (2 bedrooms + 2 sofas in the living room). The flat has a balcony with hammock, a large living room connected to a kitchen and equiped with ceiling fan. It has been purchased a barbecue gear. In August 2022 we set a home-office and library. I truly believe you'll find in love for this place !
Ferradurinha Beach is stunning (very close to the condo), and it is one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen in the world. Very common to see turtles swimming there.
