I am undefeatedly passionate about traveling to beautiful, lively places with contact with nature, which provide me, family and friends with an excellent stay. For this reason, I joined in Aug/2019 as a host, to share with other people what I appreciate most.
I work in SP and will do my best to answer all questions as quickly as possible.
Chalet located in the BEST Gated CONDOMINIUM IN MARESIAS, within a legal reserve of the Atlantic Forest, and with many leisure options, in addition to the beach, waves and beautiful people.
We have a beautiful and comfortable environment with a different view at the front, facing the Condominium and courts, and in the background the relaxing and incredibly beautiful Atlantic Forest.
The condominium and all its internal leisure options are available to guests from 8 am to 11 pm, with: 2 swimming pools (adult/child and semi-Olympic), 2 jacuzzis, gym, dry and wet saunas, playground, 2 tennis courts , 1 beach tennis court, 1 sports court, games room, hammock, barbecue area with sink/minibar/outdoor dining table, spaces for 2 cars, and beach service that provides 1 umbrella and 2 chairs per apartment.
In the apartment there are 2 additional beach chairs and a large cooler (thermal box), which must be brought back to the apartment when returning from the beach.
Note:
1) To use the barbecue, a prior reservation must be made by us;
2) Check in at 4pm; and check out at 1pm (WITHOUT MUCH ROOM FOR FLEXIBILIZATION).
In terms of security, our condominium has a 24-hour concierge, with highly trained employees, and camera monitoring carried out by internal employees and an external security company, including inspecting the beach (area in front of entrance 18).
We are in front of entrance 18 of Praia de Maresias, on the side of Canto do Moreira, and you only need to cross the avenue in front of the condominium.
