Seasonal rental for those who want a home with peace and quiet to rest with individual rooms with key and locks to lock, Wi-Fi 35M, TV (digital globe), 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and washing machine.
Security: Cameras of surveillance in the common areas and is 4 blocks from the Military Police barracks.
Ps. The project o GUEST HOUSE was approved by the Local Concil and was inspected and approved by the sanitary surveillance of the city hall in 2017 and it is geting better and better since tham (((+)))
Adrian Martin did travel (literaly) around the world in 1990 on his 3 years Trip. Tham he get to know the owner of the property and offer to Rent the place and apply his global experiences and knowlogie in the area of Hotelary in Florianópolis and Praia do Rosa (Brasil) for to Open a Secure, Peacefull and low coast Accommodation Guest House for Students, Workers, and Turist. That is the mission of Morada BemTeVi Guest House / Hostel, and Adrian is working hard since to accomplish that. Now 9 rooms are ready together with 1 kitchen, living room and the 3 toilets, and is ready to receive the guests.
Located in a quiet street and is 4 blocks from the Central Bus Station of São José dos Campos (ideal for those who want to spend the day in Campos de Jordão (80km / 1 hour) taking the bus in the morning and returning the night ), 4 blocks from the Valley Shopping Mall, 7 blocks from the SJC Center and 9 blocks from the CTA.
