Nosso espaço apesar de ficar no 1° andar, a tranquilidade que nos traz faz a subida valer o esforço, pois não temos mais nem um morador acima de nós para incomodar, assim como o AP não é nem nascente e nem poente, pois sua localização estratégica impede a isolação durante o dia todo, preservando a temperatura ambiente e agradável no período noturno sem o incomodo de sofre as radiações e o aquecimento das para ao anoitecer preservando assim seu somo é confoto.
Pelo fato que também amo viajar e ter as melhora experiências, e com esse espirito estou criando uma serviço de turismo de imersão, onde nossos hospetes tenam uma única preocupação...aproveitar ao máximo essa experiência imersiva de viver a cidade de São Luiz.
O bairro Vila Embratel tem esse nome por ser originado de um estação da antiga torre da Embratel que deu nome ao bairro. Que tambem é por tras do Saviana, sim o bairro do Reggae Maguinha da Saviana, mas um curiosidade da ilha do Reggae e do Amor. Perto do centrto histórico e ao entror na UFMa, Temos também na frente no nosso condomínio um lago onde funciona um pesque paga, do Chagas, que é um lugar lindo e relaxante que basta atravessar a rua..e aproveitar.
