Visitors or anyone who is not registered on the registration form are not permitted to enter.

The use of a barbecue on the apartment balcony is not permitted.

Only one small animal is allowed per apartment and all hygiene and feeding care is the sole responsibility of the guest. In addition, all condominium rules regarding animals must be complied with.

Any damage or damage to bed and bath linen or utensils in general in the apartment will be charged at the inspection before checkout.

In case of non-compliance with any of these rules there will be penalties with fines
