Beautiful house in the sand with 3 suites, air conditioning, individual barbecue and ondominium pool in front of the beach. Enjoy the beautiful beach of Boicuçanga, with a spectacular look and a wonderful sunset. Kayak rental and stand up paddle on the beach, for both beach and river riding. Enjoy the waterfall trails, which are 10 minutes away. Want to forget about the car? Bakery, supermarket, restaurants, butcher shop, wine cellar, mini-mall: all accessible on foot.
