Hi! I'm Eric, I'm 28 years old and I live in Canoa Quebrada. I've been working with vacation rentals for over 5 years and currently manage more than 5 houses in the village. I aim to provide friendly, attentive, and dedicated service — and I'll do everything I can to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible.

The house has a prime location in Canoa Quebrada, just a few steps from the main street (Broadway) and only 2 minutes from the beach — offering both convenience and comfort.
It features two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and wardrobes. The bathroom includes a hot shower.
The cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen — with an air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and basic utensils — are available for guests to use during their stay.

The house is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, it's incredibly well located — just 50 meters from the main street (Broadway) and 200 meters from the beach. You'll enjoy the best of both worlds: tranquility and privacy, with restaurants, shops, and the sea just a short walk away.
