The Summerville Condominium offers an excellent structure with a gym, sauna, barbecue area, garden, children's playground, swimming pool, tennis court, parking, views of the beach and ample leisure space with plenty of comfort for your best season at the beach. All this, with easy access to the main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.

Cumbuco Beach is one of the jewels of the Ceará coastline. Located approximately 30 km from Fortaleza, in the municipality of Caucaia, this beach is known for its white sand dunes and coconut trees, providing a paradisiacal and unique setting. Buggy rides through the dunes, as well as kite surfing, are unmissable activities in this paradise.Cumbuco has a good tourist infrastructure, with bars and restaurants offering the rich local cuisine. At the end of the afternoon, Cumbuco offers its visitors a spectacle, with a unique and majestic sunset that takes your breath away.
