Stay in a super cozy apartment in the central region of Florianópolis, perfect for traveling couples and professional travellers. The apartment has an integrated living and dining room, in a modern and sophisticated style. It also has a very nice balcony and full kitchen. Located in front of UFSC, in a privileged location close to highways that connect the entire island, it is an excellent option for those who come to Floripa to do tourism, study or work. *The parking space is steep, not recommended for sports cars.

The Pantanal district is 5.7 km from the center of Florianópolis and is one of the four university districts that surround the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Ufsc). It is a predominantly residential neighborhood, much sought after by students and has shops with a market, bars , restaurants, pharmacy, bakery and gas station, among others. The Pantanal Neighborhood is one of the most sought after for living well and economically, whether for its facilities or location. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, with easy access roads and close to UFSC and downtown, stay in Pantanal.
