The bedrooms have a desk and chair, a stand-up closet with a mirror, two nightstands, an overhead fan, and a 50-inch HDTV mounted on the wall. The cottage has a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a stainless steel fridge and freezer, a stacked washer and dryer, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The centre island has oak wood countertops and an electric cooktop. The dining area has a beautiful dark wood dining table with six chairs and an ocean wave wall. Board games and puzzles are available for entertainment. The living room has a leather sofa, a loveseat, and a 55-inch HDTV. Original works of art by local artists grace the walls and spaces of this elegant yet cosy cottage. Outside, guests can enjoy a private heated pool with a cabana, wicker lounge chairs, and pool towels. There is also a swing bench, BBQ grill, and picnic table for outdoor dining and relaxation. DreamSpace Cottage is a spacious 1400 sq. ft. home with super-fast Wi-Fi internet. It was designed and constructed in 2021, ensuring a modern and comfortable stay for guests.

Winton Terrace is a safe, quiet upscale neighborhood located in Nassau’s eastern district, with a hill view of the ocean which is only a stone’s throw away. The neighborhood at DreamSpace is filled with mature trees and is frequented in the early mornings and late afternoons by couples and families taking their daily walks. Join them and walk along the Winton beach stretch, enjoying the fresh salty air, listening to the crashing waves on the rocks, and watching the many birds that fly in to visit. There is a parking space where you can enjoy the view from the tip of the island. Follow the coastline to a boating ramp and then to a calm sandy beach with reefs, perfect for snorkeling and shell collecting. In the late afternoon, Bahamian families can be seen with their children, enjoying a dip at this family-friendly, naturally beautiful beach. Food stores, gas stations, and a shopping center are less than six minutes away by car. A great selection of restaurants is only ten minutes away by car and there is a wide range of dining choices available.
