Beautiful one bedroom/bathroom apartment in residential area for full Bahamian experience. Parking is available and included are a fully equipped kitchenette with eating space, washer/dryer, bath amenities, 2 flat screen televisions with flow tv services, 2G/5G high speed internet. There is also an automatic standby generator on the property in the event of power outages.
Guest interaction is up to the guests. If the guests want alone time, they will have that. However, the owner lives on site and can be easily accessed on the property or by cell phone if the owner is away from the property.
The community is generally quiet and also known to be safe. There are essential service landmarks within close proximity including food stores, gas stations, churches, doctor's offices and restaurants. Also, very important, beaches! Beaches are within a 5-7 minute drive, but you are free to venture out to the beach of your choice. It is recommended to rent a car in order to experience the entire Island. However, if using the public bus system, there is a five minute walk to the bus stop.
