The host is a very friendly lady who is very adventurous ,and very outdoorsie,one of her many interests is gardening and cooking ,so you are sure a have a very scrumptuos breakfast . She is very hospitable and always willing to go the extra mile for her customers . Travelling is also amongst her interests , very humourous and always willing to learn new things.

'COMFORT AND REST ASSURED ' inca rose guest house is situated in francistown's oldest surbabs (molapo estate) ,it is carefully situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city but not detached from the city amenities. The guest house is located in a 1054m2 plot that boasts of a very large garden and pool,with patio and sitting area that overlooks the pool and garden . The patio is fitted with a barbecue facility for those who like to cook outdoors and a pizza oven for those who want self made pizza . Each room is uniquely decorated with its own theme and all rooms are fitted with a private bathroom. There is 24hours security and the host stays onsite for the convinience of guests .

Molapo estate is close to a shopping mall ( Toro Junction) that has resturants such as Rocomamas,Tandurei ,picknpay ,a pharmacy and a liquour store. About 2km away the is a a golf estate (pormgranate golf estate) ,tachila nature reserve where one can spot impalas and warthogs ,there is a private primary school and Botho university . The propery is located in a friendly and quiet residential area where the only noise one can hear is the occassional movement of a moving car or a dog barking from far away. cabs and taxis are the common mode of transport for those who are not driving but a majority of the residents of molapo estate drive their own cars ,so it is advisable to keep a cab number handy (the guest house has a list of trusted cab and taxi dirvers)
