This brand new 2 bedroom Villa has been designed to accommodate families with children or 2 couples wishing to vacation together. Amenities such as grocery store, bank, pharmacy, bakery and shops are all within 1 minute walk. The chefs kitchen includes all new appliances, large air-fryer, juicer, blender and top of the line cookware. There is an outdoor charcoal grill great for frying up your catch of the day. There are bicycles, kayaks (1 child sized), paddleboards, floaties, beach chairs and a variety of different sized full face snorkel masks (child sized mask and flippers as well). A complimentary 4 seater golf cart is included - reservations are recommended once on site. This is one of the very rare rentals on the peninsula that has a full sized bath tub and offers a portable crib with linens and custom mattress. Complimentary VIP passes to the Placencia Beach Club are unlimited. There is also a concierge service to help with booking tours with reputable tour providers and a babysitting service with on-site teenager (extra fee). Linens are 100% organic cotton, pressed and infused with lavender and the pillows and duvet are hypoallergenic.

This property is perfectly located in the village so no car is needed. Shops, grocery store, bank, pharmacy, the beach and world famous sidewalk is all within a 1 minute walk. We are close enough to restaurants, bars and nightlife to have an enjoyable evening out but we are far enough away that the noise from the nightlife cant be hear. We're in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood.
