Central AC keeps the whole space cool and comfortable. Both rooms include a king size bed, a ceiling fan, and a full en suite bathroom. The full-size futon allows for additional sleeping space or a place to rest in the middle of the day. Guests can also enjoy access to the lovely oceanfront pool as part of their stay. There's just so much to enjoy! Walk over to the beach with ease, thanks to the beach access right near the condo. Take a break from enjoying the water and enjoy lunch at The Quarterdeck just 230 meters (less than one quarter mile) from the condo. Drive just under seven kilometers (just under four-and-a-half miles) to enjoy the Placencia Municipal Pier, a hub of local activity and commerce near a beautiful beach.
