Check-in and key collection takes place at Caye Accommodations Office for check in, located only a 5-7 minute walk from the water taxi dock. Located on Front Street at Caye Reef Condos, the office is open until 5pm so if you are able to let the property know your arrival time, they can meet you direct from the dock, - if you have not arrived by 5pm staff will meet you at the water taxis thereafter with a name board.
