The riverside town of San Ignacio features authentic cuisine, local markets, and anthropological sites to explore just a short drive from home. Benefitting from an elevated location, this three-bedroom retreat boasts sweeping views and an endless supply of fresh breezes. Guests will also enjoy shared, on-site access to a plunge pool- perfect for cooling off after the day's adventures. A tree-covered patio offers shady outdoor relief and there are several areas furnished throughout the grounds for picnics and lounging. This cozy vacation rental comes equipped with all the comforts home, including a full kitchen, mounted air-conditioners, and complimentary internet access. Take in the views from the verandah or deck and, in the evenings, unwind with shows and movies on the living room TV. Additional home essentials include a private washer/dryer. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
