The house is separated in 2 portions, one is the ground floor and the second one is the basement. There are separate entrances for each unit. The ground floor is separated by an inside locked door and separation or baby gate which should not be crossed to go downstairs. Each unit has it's own privacy. Please refer to the picture with babygate that I have uploaded. The basement is rented to a family with kids, some temporary noises are expected but not disruptive. The ground is available for short or long term rental with booking dot com. This house is perfect for families with kids as it has a patio and big backside garden where kids can freely and safely play while parents relax inside. However, it also offers great stay opportunity for professionals and responsible individuals. The location is ideal as 5 mins drive to the airport, walking distance to bus stop, 5 mins car drive to IGA supermarket, upcoming Atlantic Superstore and other activities nearby like Rotary park, golf courses and others. From August 10th, all guests are requested to get rid of their garbage when they check out. This service is not available from our side anymore. Thank you.
