Property information

4 level townhouse with an ideal setup for large family gatherings. Located in the Clarière complex, this property has an unbeatable location as it is directly on the mountain providing ski in/out access and just a short walk to the pedestrian village. This unit has ski access as long as there is enough snow. BBQ is only available from May to October Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. CITQ # 250552
