Newly finished all private 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom spacious yet budget friendly AirBnB accommodation in west side of Grande Prairie. Corner condo unit with 2 comfortable Queen beds(new memory foam mattresses-medium),no noise from any side of the condo. NO SHARING of any kind. GP’s most central location with balcony with BBQ grill in the Westgate area, Grande Prairie. Walking distance to GPRH hospital, Cineplex,Casino, GPRC college,nearby parks,shopping & restaurants. 1 Roku TV with Netflix in living room.

Quiet neighbourhood, the building is a quiet professional retreat. Location is completely key here. Across the street from the Northwestern Polytechnic College, a rocks throw from the Cineplex & Montana's BBQ/Bar. Directly in view of the Bowling alley, new GPR hospital, private parking with additional easy street parking. Convenient location for driving around. Bus stop is just a stone throw down the street makes this great suite not only amazingly central but amazingly accessible as well for parking and public transport.Parking is 1 energized spot#106A in the Westgate Village condo parking lot for your convenience.
