Damage protection option – • Pay a 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to 700 CAD in accidental damage), OR • Choose a 700 CAD refundable security deposit (held 2 days before check-in, released 5 days after checkout). A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. Please Note: There is house being demolished 2 doors away, which may result in some additional noise. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. NOTE: - The patio has been winterized for the winter season and is currently unavailable until the spring season. - During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours after the snowfall has ended. - No smoking of any kind.
