Located within Colindale Beach Villas oceanside community, Colindale Beach Mini Villas consists of three stylish executive-class mini villas / "couples cottages" packed full of comforts and located in a pristine natural 50+ acre setting with ocean views and a nature trail which leads to Colindale Beach (shown in the photos). The mini villas are located and positioned in a way such that each unit has privacy and a stunning view of the ocean and sunsets. Please note: 1. Guests must assume responsibility for their own safety on hiking / nature trail and on beach and are required to sign a waiver in order to use these features of the property. 2. The maximum number of people permitted to stay at the property is two. 3. Our House Rules include no smoking, no loud music, no drones, no fireworks and quiet time from 9:30 pm.

Colindale Beach Mini Villas is located about 7 minutes north of Port Hood, which is known as the "Beach Capital" of Cape Breton and which features restaurants, shops and 5 sandy swimming beaches. It is located about half an hour south of Cabot Cliffs Golf Course and an hour from the starting point of the Cabot Trail. It is an excellent base for enjoying Cape Breton's many near-magical attractions in comfort and in style.
