Important Notice: • To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! • Please note there is a staircase leading to the unit. • There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations. • The apartment is equipped with centralized heating and a portable air conditioner for cooling. A ceiling fan is also available for additional comfort. • For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building. • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property. We're happy to deliver: • a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for CAD 40 (one-time fee) • a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee) Pets are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is CAD 49 per pet, with an additional CAD 15 for each extra pet. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs), or one cat. For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests. Noise Awareness Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.
