About our place - Welcome to our completely private and cozy basement retreat in a detached house! No Sharing space ! Enjoy two spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed, a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. With a private entrance, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and one free parking, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants, and with easy access to the Ottawa and beautiful Almonte. No smoking, pets, or parties. Book now for a relaxing getaway! The space ** Kid Friendly Place ** The suite is a full basement in a detached house. It has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The Suite also has a private bathroom that includes walk in shower. The space also has a living room with a TV, WI-FI and Kitchenette. The Kitchenette has mini-fridge, dishwasher and basic dishes along with a double hot plate burner. There is no sharing with others and entire space will be yours in the basement. Kid Friendly Space There are some toys and stuffies is in second bedroom for your little ones to enjoy. Please note if you have more than 4 guest, you need to check with host first if the property will work for you. Also please note that only one car will be allowed on the driveway, other cars will have to be parked on the street. The parking is completely at guest's own risk and the host do not take any responsibility for the guest's vehicle. Also please note its prohibited to take food/drinks to the bedrooms.
About me - I am a homemaker, love cooking, and helping others. I would like to have guests have their complete privacy but feel free to reach if you need anything. I am also happy to communicate in either English, Hindi or Punjabi.
About the town - Carleton Place is a small town located just outside on the west side of Ottawa. This charming small town boasts all amenities like a big city as well located strategically in the Ottawa valley connecting Ottawa to Toronto via Hwy 7. There is lots to do in Carleton Place - visit the historic downtown, go take your boat to one of our boat launches or just have some Indian food at Sagar Indian Cuisine. If you are looking for a small town charm with good connectivity and lots to do, choose our property in Carleton Place located just off Hwy 7.
