Full kitchen, furnished living room and bathroom. Situated on the 2nd floor facing East and large balcony. Great place for any working professionals or travelers. Rogers Place, Grant MacEwan, Royal Alberta Museum, LRT station and Downtown Edm are walking distance, restaurants and grocery shopping located next to condo building.
