Experienced Host! Stunning view overlooking the Thames River on paved nature trail. Quiet, very clean. Casual-Contemporary. 1600 sqft private guest space PLUS 700 sqft of deck and patio (seasonal access). Large bedroom with streaming TV, double sided fireplace and ensuite. I will greet upon arrival, provide orientation, then leave you to enjoy! My cat (Annabelle) is very quiet and gentle and will be with me 90% of the time. City Licenced. This requires me to reside onsite. Safety devices are installed, inspected and maintained. No shared spaces. I live in basement suite off limits to guests. I access my office on the main floor direct from the basement and off limits to guests. Guests appreciate very quick help with any questions or help (safety/security etc.). NOTE: Special Events such as group dinners, professional photo or filming sessions are required at the time of booking as special daily rates may apply.
I have been a top host or over 8 years and achieving high scores. I take pride in my property and the guest experience. I will greet at arrival, provide the entry code and give you a short tour/orientation.
The property is located along the Thames River in an exclusive neighborhood of well maintained properties and is very quiet. I have a paved trail behind my home and within 2 minutes walk and perfect for biking, roller blading etc.
