Welcome to this adorable and stylishly furnished 1-bedroom basement suite with a separate entrance door, armed with a digital key lock for self check-in. The property’s location offers an easy access to the highway for travellers doing stop overs in Winnipeg and just 5km to University of Manitoba. Note: The washing machine within the suite is only accessible once a week for guests staying 3 nights and above.

If you are a new comer to Canada, we will be willing to share tips and information on how you can settle down quickly with life here in Canada.
This home is a 2 minutes walking distance to a bus stop, within the serene neighbourhood of Bridgewaters which has a lot of play grounds for both kids and adults. University of Manitoba is 5.3km away from this home and the best malls and restaurants are also easily accessible from this home. There is a pedestrian path at the back of the house., surrounded by a lake. You can walk right through the backyard to enter the path and enjoy a lovely morning, afternoon or evening walk.
