Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base in Richmondhill Downtown . Our space offers one bedroom with a new brand queen bed with a sleep country new mattress.plus a new brand sofa bed in the living room. walking steps to centinneal community Center (850m, swimming pool) , parks, supermarkets and restaurants. It’s closed to go station(1 kms). Easy access to Walmart (3kms), winners,Dollarama(1kms ) and no frills(2.5kms), Costco(5.6km)Hillcrest mall (3.3kms), banks

Calm and nice neighbourhood, Continental community centre(500 m) Free tennis fields (700 m) So many restaurants in walking distance (Naeb persion foods, heeva fine foods, Gril gate, Aira sushi, berger king, All star bar& restaurant, khaki express kebab,Istanbul Turkish restaurant, haida sandwich,pizza pizza, pizza Regino, pizza nova,… You can park your car in driveway (1 car for guest), easy access to bus (5-7 minutes walking), go train to downtown (7-10 minutes walking), our location is closed to Walmart(7-8mins driving), shoppers drug mart (5mins driving), Costco (10 minutes driving). Hillcrest mall(10 minutes driving)and if u are a fan of foods,u are in right place lots of restaurants (chinees, Persion, corean,Russian,mexican, Gapanese ,…) Wilcox lake park(9.8 kms)
