This special place is conveniently located near everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Welcome to a beautifully renovated two-story loft featuring 14-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The lovely outdoor balcony offers a garden view and direct access to the barbecue area. The building provides access to multiple shared decks equipped with BBQs and a stunning rooftop garden that offers breathtaking views of the city and the mountains. Guests will enjoy a bright and spacious living room that is perfect for relaxation. It features a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining area, along with a warm fireplace and a super comfy sofa to sink into. The private bedroom is located upstairs and includes in-suite laundry as well as a cozy office space. A unique feature of my apartment is the mirrored ceiling in the bedroom, which expands the space and adds a touch of style to the interior! SLEEPING (up to 4 people) The sleeping arrangements, which can accommodate up to 4 people, include a queen-size bed on the second floor and a king-size sofa bed in the living room. SELF CHECK-IN I will not be present to greet you, but you can use the self-check-in option. Upon arrival, please buzz to open the front door and access the elevator. You can enter the unit using your individual access code for the smart lock. Guests have access to the entire unit, building amenities (patio with grill, amenity kitchen, workspace, gym and roof deck!) and a gated parking spot for one vehicle.
My building is located along several major transit routes, just a few blocks from the nearest Skytrain station. Almost everything you could need, from the waterfront to shops and restaurants, is just a short walk away. A liquor store across the street, a dispensary next door, and several restaurants are within a block. Interesting places in the area It's about as central as Vancouver gets. A near perfect score of 99 means you are within walking distance (<5 minutes) to: - grocery store; - dispensaries - restaurants - bars/clubs; - Skytrain - main transit lines. - shopping - theatres. You're also minutes away from the boardwalk, casinos, sports stadiums and more.
