Great location in the heart of Beltline.This Apartment is conveniently located steps away from many amenities.Close to LRT,Stampede Park,Saddledome,Calgary tower and the trendy 17th Ave strip.Bright place with all facility what guests are after. Step away from Victoria park station and easy access to Bow river and the Core Downtown. Free 1 underground parking spot available. Due to Condo Board/Management policy,Pets are not allowed and Smoking inside is prohibited.
Well travelled and know what facilities guests are usually after for ther comfortable stay.I live few blocks away hence always available to assist my guest/s In case they need any assistance.
Walking distance from Victoria park LRT,Stampede park,saddledome all Downtown amenities and trendy 17th Ave strip steps away
