This newly built unique place is located in a quiet Waterloo area near 40ha park. Ideal for families, remote work and longer stays. Over 2000 sq ft. (185 m2), can host up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms , 1 1/2 bathroom , family room, kitchen and spacious living room. Large upper deck, 2 car parking also available. Located on the west side of Waterloo close to both UW and Laurier universities, Boardwalk Mall, restaurants, coffee shops etc. PS. If you are considering a longer stay please message us and we can discuss this.
Vista Hills is a new modern area located on Waterloo’s western boundary. It is home to about 40km of trails. Located close to both Waterloo and Wilfried Laurier universities and about 10 minutes drive from Waterloo downtown. Nearby you will find all the stores you need including Costo, Wallmart, Starbucks, grocery stores including "Goodness" store with healthy food. Boardwall Mall is also 5 minutes away.
